1. Prepare Your Things the Night Before

This is the most common and most effective tip. Lay out your work clothes. Pack your lunch and put it in the fridge. Put your keys, wallet, and work ID in your bag. When your alarm goes off, you don't have to *think*—you just have to *do*. This saves you from the panicked "Where is my...?" search while the car is waiting.

2. Set Your Alarm Across the Room
